Lupa Design & Marketing is a creative agency born from a global perspective and rooted in Mozambican identity. Founded by Anselmo Pelembe, a visionary designer with over two decades of international experience, Lupa brings world-class design and marketing solutions to businesses in Mozambique and beyond.

Anselmo’s journey began with a formal education in graphic design at a leading

UK university followed by further studies in Digital Marketing. He then built a distinguished career working with both the UK government and the private sector. His expertise has shaped branding and visual storytelling for prestigious brands such as Savills, Aston Martin, and Rolex, as well as for public institutions like the National Health Service (NHS). His creative footprint extends internationally, having launched his own design business in St. Helena Island, where he developed websites, built new brands, and spearheaded tourism campaigns.

With experience spanning over 8 countries and recognition at the London Design Festival, Anselmo brings a fresh, global approach to Mozambique’s creative industry.
